Every Agel business owner who wants to profit should consider retail sales. This method is similar to other traditional businesses in that you purchase Agel products at wholesale and then turn around and sell them at the suggested retail price. Think of it like having you're very own Agel store.

These are held with experienced team leaders and allow Agel business team members to learn and get inspired. It's important to attend all your local Agel Business Brief meetings.

You can meet with local Agel mentors who can provide you with hints, leads and what has worked for them building their Agel businesses. These local Agel team members may also help explain the benefits of the Agel business opportunity to those people you may have problems convincing to join you.

These meetings are also a great place to learn. Here you will be able to learn more about the company and products available and any other updates that will help you succeed with your Agel business. If you can't find a local Agel Business Brief meeting, you should consider starting a ABB yourself. HOWEVER, it's important that you understand that ABBs must be presented in a very particular way. If you have any doubts or questions - don't do an Agel Business Brief by yourself. You should consider asking your sponser or your Regional Sales Manager for any help you may need.

Agel Leads - Your Private Business Review Program

Begin An Agel Private Business Review Program

You have made contact with the people on your list - Now What? It's very important to talk to them about the Agel products and the Agel business opportunity. A suggested method to do this is known as the PBR or the Private Business Review. It is here that you will have the most success turning those people on your list into enrolled members on your Agel team.

Here are some ways to have an effective Private Business Review for your Agel Business.

Watch and learn how they do it so you will be able to help those you sponser.

6. It's important to have plenty of Agel product available to show your guests. Let your guests try some samples at the PBR and let them take some home with them so they can experience the benefits of Agel themselves.

7. DVDs are effective to support your presentation. These DVD presentations can help establish connections with your audience and help demonstrate important benefits and features of your Agel business and product.

8. Get a commitment at the end of your PBR. This is the best time to ask your guests to commit to your team. Make sure that you have everything you need to sign up anybody ready to make a commitment to you and your Agel team.

Agel Leads & Building Your Team

In the past few days we have discussed how to set up your Agel business. Now we need to move on to Step 5 in the 10 Steps to success with Agel. We now need to start building your team and determine the best way or ways to get the word out about all the benefits of joining Agel.

Let's examine a few ways a person may use to create a team in Agel.

1. First start building your initial list - This initial list should be of people that you feel may be potential team members. The larger this list is, the more effective you will be building your team. To be the most effective, this list should have at least a hundred people on it.

2. As your building this list don't forget about your family or friends. Share Agel products and the Agel business opportunity with them and explain how Agel improved your health or life. Could your friends or family benefit from good nutrition or more income? Put them on the list and ask them.

3. Don't forget past relationships. Maybe you have some old school buddies, former work colleagues or extended family that you haven't had contact with for while. These are all potential team members for your Agel business.

4. Find people that share the same interests. What hobbies or clubs do you enjoy? These are people that you share a common connection with so they may make great team members in your Agel business. Anybody that is eager to improve their lives would also be a great team member.

5. You should also consider people who can benefit from Agel. Maybe you know someone living an unhealthy life or who may need extra income. These individuals are all people you may consider adding to your Agel business team or they may be potential customers for your Agel products.

These are all ways you may find business team members or customers for your Agel business, but how realistic are they?

Let's face it, this is hard work. For your business to succeed you need customers. Lots and lots of customers. Maybe Mom, Dad, Uncle Joe, little sister Maggie and that crazy old lady down the street see the benefits and buy product from you. Maybe your friend John wants to start a home business and decides to join your Agel business team. This is a great start, but to build a large residual income that will last - you need to contact more than the people you know or once knew.

In step 1 we mentioned that for your list to be effective it's important to have at least a hundred names on it. Maybe you know a hundred people you can place on your list, but how many people on your business team will be able to this or want to do this. Once you go through this list then what?

In step 2 we talked about reaching out to family or friends. How many of us have an endless list of family or friends to contact about the the Agel business or Agel products? Most of us have a small number of family members or friends we keep in contact with on a daily basis. Once you talk to them then what?

There is a common theme beginning to emerge with these methods mentioned above to build your Agel business. Where are you going to get the hundreds or thousands of names you need to have an effective list? How many names on this list will be interested in either your Agel business opportunity or Agel products?

Are you going to buy expensive Agel Leads to introduce your Agel business opportunity and products to every day? To contact hundreds or thousands of leads is expensive, not to mention the cost of calling them. This is not the best way to build a business - any business.

You shouldn't waste your time buying and calling leads. There is a better way.

There are many lead brokers that are willing to sell you a list of names or leads. Now many list brokers say that the leads are fresh and very responsive and are very interested in pursuing a home business. I personally don't like building a home business this way.

Look at any successful business online or offline. What makes these businesses successful are the number of happy customers buying their products on a consistent basis. If these businesses tried to recruit more and more sales people or distributors and ignored acquiring buying customers, they would eventually fail. That's why I BUY CUSTOMERS NOT LEADS. Steps To Success - Are You Building Your Agel Business The Right Way?

To succeed with your Agel business there are primarily 10 steps to success. These steps are so important to your Agel business success that we will go over each step over the next few days. It's important to understand that these steps have been a proven pathway to success to others who have succeeded with an Agel business.

However, these 10 steps to success are meaningless if you don't have the commitment and do your part. Building any business, including a successful Agel business is hard work so be prepared to roll up your sleeves to become successful. Your success is determined by your commitment and desire to succeed and if you are willing to not only read over these 10 steps to success, but whether you will memorize, internalize and live these 10 steps. We will go over step 1 in the next post.

Once you internalize these 10 steps yourself, you must be prepared to help your downline internalize these steps. This is hard work. This is where a lot of new people in your organization will either hang in there or just give up. It's difficult for the new person in your Agel downline to get off to a strong start with his/her business because they must first find distributors or sales people to teach these 10 steps to success. Then continue encouraging them to hang in there.

That's why I don't concentrate on getting new distributors in my organization - I concentrate on getting customers. All businesses need customers to grow and prosper. Now getting customers can be quite daunting to the new person in your business also, but what if I told you that there is a way to get real, satisfied buying customers in your organization. Why Buy Agel Leads - Do You Like Rejection?

Innovation and technology has always been the engine driving Agel. In fact Agel made history by launching in ten different countries on it very first day. This was made possible by the communication technologies the Agel business model uses. With the ability to communicate on a global scale, Agel should continue to its unprecedented global growth well into the future.

Staying in touch with your global Agel organization is one thing, but first you need to build an organization. That's the hard part! How have you built your Agel business? The three foot rule method, bothering friends and family or maybe buying expensive business opportunity leads. I hate all three of these methods.

Here's why - all successful businesses whether they are brick and mortar, Internet or networking businesses need CUSTOMERS. Lots of CUSTOMERS. When you buy leads you are buying business opportunity leads. Leads that at one time may have been interested in starting a home business. That's why I buy CUSTOMERS not leads. I prefer to buy customers that have tried the products and enjoy them. I no longer need to buy leads and try to convince them to join me in my business.
